Terms and Conditions:
In the case of Absence:
- We allow up to 3 (three) absences.
- If participant is absent more than 3 (three) sessions- they will be required to attend make up classes through open sessions or future program class.
- Any and all existing scheduling conflicts must be presented to
staff in advance.
- Upon completion of make up classes the NBDC Training Program Certificate will be provided.
In the case of minor Injury or Sickness:
- We allow up to 6 (six) sessions of in class observation- observed classes are required to be made up physically through open sessions or future program class.
- If participant is unable to observe sessions or if injury/sickness requires self removal from training program - remaining program cost is able to be reimbursed.
- Upon completion of make up classes the NBDC Training Program Certificate will be provided.
- The NBDC and anyone affiliated with it is not responsible for any injuries or illness acquired during or after the Certificate Program dates.
In the case of Tardiness:
- Late attendance will be recorded- any participant that walks in after class has started is considered late- for every 6 (six) sessions participant is late 1 (one) make up class is required through open sessions or future program classes.
- Upon completion of make up classes the NBDC Training Program Certificate will be provided.
In the case of Cancellation:
- Cancellation prior to start date (January 2, 2019) results in a non- refundable first months payment (33.33%).
- Cancellation post start date (January 2, 2019) results in non- refundable full payment (100%)
Social Media and Ads:
- We ask for full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for fundraising, publicity or other purposes to help achieve the group’s aims. This might include (but is not limited to), the right to use them in our printed and online publicity, social media, press releases and funding applications.
- Any media posts made by participents must assign credit to the Nadine Bommer Dance Company, founder Nadine Bommer, and teacher.
Safegaurding:
- Nadine Bommer Dance Company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time for the benefit of the business, staff or participants.
- The Nadine Bommer Dance Company will not disclose your contact information to third parties except where the law allows or requires, or where you have given permission to do so. We may from time to time contact you individually about other carefully selected Nadine Bommer Dance Company services which we think may be of interest to you.
- Sessions may require physical contact between student(s) and/or instructor(s).
The Nadine Bommer Dance Company reserves the right to terminate a participant’s enrollment in the program if a participant’s behavior or acts are found to be disruptive, inappropriate, unethical, negatively impacting other students’ learning, or violating the educational integrity of the Nadine Bommer Dance Company or the profession. Under such circumstances, all monies paid will be forfeited and no refund will be due.
